Forward and reverse rewinding machine
It is designed for situations where the roll materials are placed too long, causing uneven tension.
If the roll material is not rewound in time, it will easily cause warping and deformation. It is also not easy to manually rewind. It is not only ineffective but also takes much time and labor. During the operation, the rewinding direction can be changed at any time with forward / reverse functions, and the tension control can also be input by the operator. It can widely apply to all kinds of roll materials. The winding design is appropriately tight and will not pull the roll to deform or break.
Wire bundle cutting & Pipe bending Machine
The wire bundle cutting and pipe bending machine automatically sends the whole bundle of iron wires into the cutting mechanism. After cutting, it is sent to the iron wire shape forming die. While the iron wire is being formed, the plastic handle is also placed in the center of the bucket, completing the production of the bucket handle.
Material cutting Machine

Blower
This machine is a volumetric operation blower. During operation, the motor speed can be adjusted to adjust the pressure change to control the outlet flow change, so it can be adjusted in real time according to the air volume required by the customer.
Made of PP material with excellent corrosion resistance, it is used widely in the semiconductor industry. The blades of the central rotor are all checked by dynamic balance, and the finished product runs smoothly with less vibration.
When the motor turns to drive the fan impeller to rotate, the high-speed rotation makes the gas occur a helical movement in the air ring. When the impeller is rotating, the gas between the impellers will accelerate along the blades and radial direction due to the spiral motion, forming a strong airflow to achieve the purpose of increasing the gas pressure. After the gas flows to the exhaust port, the pressure is higher than the system pressure. The purpose of allowing the gas to be quickly discharged without residue is achieved.
